Wonky Dash ("the app") is a private analytics dashboard built for a single user. It is not a public service and does not collect data from the general public.

What data we access

The app accesses the following data through authorized API integrations, solely for the purpose of displaying analytics to the account owner:

• Instagram: Post content, metrics (reach, likes, comments, saves, shares), account insights, and story data via the Instagram Graph API.
• Meta Marketing API: Ad spend amounts, ad performance metrics, and promoted post identification.
• Gmail: Inquiry emails sent to the account owner's business email, read in order to track booking inquiries. Only emails matching specific inquiry patterns are processed.
• Calendly: Booking events, invitee names, email addresses, and appointment details.
• Google Analytics: Page visit counts for the booking page.

How data is used

All data is used exclusively to power a private dashboard for the account owner. Data is stored in a private database and is not shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party.

Data storage

Data is stored on a private server (AWS Lightsail) accessible only to the account owner and the app developer. The database is not publicly accessible. Backups are encrypted.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or disclose any data to third parties. No advertising, no analytics services, no data brokers.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as the dashboard is in use. The account owner may request deletion of all data at any time.
